SKINJOB NYC Return Policy
General Returns
Returns must be sent within 30 days from the delivery date.
No RMA number is required for returns.
Ripped items will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
Refunds
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method if paid by card.
Payments made by other methods will receive store credit.
Shipping costs and any re-shipment fees under our shipping policy will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you're not satisfied with the size or prefer a different item.

Any cost difference will be refunded or invoiced accordingly.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn (trying on is fine), clean, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
No stains, fur, dirt, or signs of wear.
No returns on swimwear, intimates, socks, or underwear.
Restocking Fees
Generally, no restocking fee.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged if the item requires additional work like lint rolling or accessory reattachment.
Domestic US Returns
Pack the item carefully, attach return label, and take it to any post office.
International Returns
Postage-paid returns are not available for international orders.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping and customs charge refunds.
